Julie Hamilton

Chief Executive Officer

Julie Hamilton has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Acclaim Wealth, joining from DDH Graham where she served as director of DDH Money Market since 2008.

Julie brings extensive financial services and leadership experience to the role, including previously serving as Director of DDH Money Market. Given DDH Money Market’s longstanding relationship with Acclaim and its role across Acclaim accounts, Julie will already be known to many within our adviser network. Julie is exceptionally well placed to lead Acclaim through its next phase, providing continuity for our advisers and clients while bringing considerable experience and industry knowledge to the role.

Angas Bell

Angas has been in the financial services industry since 2009. His experience to date has focused on product management having held a variety of product roles in banking, superannuation, insurance, and investments.

As Chief Operating Officer at Acclaim Wealth, Aimie is focussed on building a resilient, efficient and client-focused business. She brings a practical approach to operational leadership, translating strategy into action and ensuring people, processes, technology and external partnerships work together to deliver better outcomes.

Aimie’s key areas of focus include operational excellence, risk and governance, technology and process improvement, adviser and member experience, and strengthening Acclaim’s relationships with key service providers. She is passionate about simplifying complex processes, driving accountability and creating scalable ways of working that support Acclaim’s continued growth.

Tony Smith has been appointed Head of Distribution, bringing extensive financial services, distribution and leadership experience. Tony has held State Manager roles along with other senior distribution leadership positions across the industry. He will work closely with our adviser network as we continue to strengthen the support and service we provide.

Ugo Di Girolamo

Ugo is Executive Chairman & Managing Director of DDH Graham Limited. Ugo has more than 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry including a number of years in financial markets with exposure to areas including funding, foreign exchange, fixed interest and risk management.

Peter Lockhart

Director

Peter has been a Director of DDH Graham Limited since 1988 and in 2022 moved to a non-executive role. Peter has extensive experience in the financial services industry specialising in funds management and superannuation.

Jim Scott

Jim is a chartered accountant who has specialised in superannuation for more than 20 years.

Craig Darley

Director

Craig is Director of tax consulting at Vincent’s Chartered Accountants. Craig has over 20 years’ experience providing taxation advice to individuals, small business, large private companies, and public corporations across a diverse range of industries.

Jeff is an experienced financial services professional with more than 20 years’ experience in superannuation, adviser support, client service and operations. As Adviser Services Team Leader at Acclaim Wealth, Jeff leads and supports the Adviser Services team, working closely with advisers and stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes for clients. Jeff is practical, approachable and solutions-focused, with a passion for supporting people, improving processes and delivering exceptional service.

With over six years’ experience supporting financial professionals, Maryna is passionate about building trusted adviser relationships and making their day-to-day experience as seamless as possible. In her role as Adviser Services Officer, Maryna provides practical support, navigates complex matters and shares platform knowledge and training to help advisers work with confidence. She enjoys understanding what advisers need, finding practical solutions and working closely with others to achieve the best outcome. Maryna brings a genuine passion for people, problem-solving and delivering a high standard of service.

Melissa Brooks

Melissa joined Acclaim Wealth Adviser Services Team in February 2024, bringing more than 15 years of experience in financial services. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management, a Diploma of Financial Planning and a Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management. Melissa is committed to delivering excellent customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships. She has a particular passion for compliance and supporting high operational standards, including meeting legislative requirements and maintaining quality assurance.

Matthew Wright

Known for his attention to detail and collaborative approach, Matthew takes pride in finding practical solutions, improving processes and supporting advisers with confidence and professionalism. His background across adviser services, platform administration and client support has helped develop a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, consistency and continuous improvement in financial services.

With a background in financial services and a Master of Professional Accounting, Priya brings a strong industry knowledge, attention to detail and a practical approach to her role in Adviser Support. She enjoys working closely with advisers, coordinating with internal teams, and finding effective solutions to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Lewis Ballard

Lewis is an Adviser Services Officer with experience across private wealth, recently moving from the advice side. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics) and is currently undertaking further studies in investments markets. Lewis is committed to providing holistic solutions and quality experience for advisers and their clients. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, especially AFL, and values an active and social lifestyle.
