Terry joined Acclaim Wealth (previously AMG Super) in May 2013 and has over 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having also held roles as a financial adviser and in dealer group operations.

Now based in Sydney as CEO, Terry leads a talented and passionate team at Acclaim into its next phase of growth, continuing to build Acclaim’s unique individual HIN Super and Investment offering, underpinned by premium service.

Angas Bell

Head of Product & Strategy

Angas has been in the financial services industry since 2009. His experience to date has focused on product management having held a variety of product roles in banking, superannuation, insurance, and investments.

Aimie has been an adviser advocate and product specialist with Acclaim Wealth since 2018. Aimie currently leads the design, development, and execution of the adviser services strategy and implements the work program, technological and operational initiatives to realise this.

Ugo is Executive Chairman & Managing Director of DDH Graham Limited. Ugo has more than 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry including a number of years in financial markets with exposure to areas including funding, foreign exchange, fixed interest and risk management.

Peter Lockhart

Peter has been a Director of DDH Graham Limited since 1988 and in 2022 moved to a non-executive role. Peter has extensive experience in the financial services industry specialising in funds management and superannuation. He is also a director of ESP Group Pty Ltd (DDH Superannuation).

Jim is a chartered accountant who has specialised in superannuation for more than 20 years.

Craig is Director of tax consulting at Vincent’s Chartered Accountants. Craig has over 20 years’ experience providing taxation advice to individuals, small business, large private companies, and public corporations across a diverse range of industries.

Deepak came to Acclaim with five years’ experience in the financial sector. He has held various roles including Contact Centre Representative, Quality Analyst and Knowledge Library Coach. Deepak is passionate about both coaching and training to give advisers a seamless experience whilst working with Acclaim. Deepak is based in our Brisbane head office within the National Adviser Services team.

Melissa joined the Acclaim Wealth team in February 2024 with fifteen years of experience in the financial services sector. She has a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and a Diploma in Financial Planning. Melissa is committed to providing excellence in customer service and managing successful stakeholder relationships and has a passion for the delivery of operational compliance standards, legislation and quality assurance requirements. Melissa is based in our Brisbane head office within the National Adviser Services team.
