Cyberattacks Targeting Superannuation Funds

We are aware of the cyberattacks targeting superannuation funds at present and would like to confirm the following:

1.     We have active monitoring in place and can confirm there has been no suspicious or unusual activity that would suggest that any of our member or adviser online accounts have been impacted.

2.     Multi-factor authentication is in place for the online accounts to prevent unauthorised access. If you receive a notification of a login attempt that was not you, change your password immediately and contact us so we can investigate the cause.

3.     If you are concerned about the security of your account, you can update your password to ensure it is strong and unique to the online account.
