AMG Super re-brands to Acclaim Wealth

We are excited to announce that AMG Super has re-branded to Acclaim Wealth.

From 30 September 2022, we will have a brand-new name and logo. It is an exciting time for our company — our continued growth has brought new clients, a new platform, and new products. We would like to thank you for your support and partner with us to help your clients reach their retirement goals.

Why are we rebranding?

To support our continued growth and demand from our advisers, we are evolving into a full wealth management platform, expanding our product range to include an investment portfolio service. Updating our branding will better reflect our revised product proposition – as a platform featuring both superannuation and investment solutions.

We will also shortly be launching our new Acclaim Invest portfolio service. So keep an eye for some upcoming announcements about our exciting IDPS product built around our individual HIN model.

Why Acclaim Wealth?

Acclaim Management Group Limited (AMG) is the Promoter and Administrator of AMG Super. We have been the driving force behind AMG Super, since it launched in 2001.

The name Acclaim Wealth is the culmination of efforts to ensure our name accurately represents our offering, one that allows us to maintain a link to our origins while also signalling our vision for the future as we transition into a full superannuation and investment platform.

Introducing our new logo!

The AMG Super logo was originally designed to represent a compass. Our new logo has evolved to show our progression whilst retaining our heritage and values. Acclaim Wealth works with advisers and clients to empower them in the right direction and signifies the independence our products and services provide.
This should not sound unfamiliar to those who do business with us. Our purpose is only a refined version of what we have always done: We empower individuals and advisers to manage their wealth their way through innovative and flexible product design with unrivalled levels of service and support.

What is changing?

The change to Acclaim Wealth will happen in a few short weeks.  The changes you will see are:

  • Branding: our name, logo and look will all change to our new and exciting brand!
  • Website: our new website will be – acclaimwealth.com.au.
  • Contact Email: the contact email address you can use to contact us will change to info@acclaimwealth.com.au.

Don’t worry if you don’t remember our new website or email address from day one. Our previous website will redirect to the new one and any emails sent to our old address will still reach us.

Please note, following the rebrand date of 30 September 2022, there might be some places where you will continue to see the old branding for a short period while we roll out all the changes.

What is not changing?

Although we are changing our brand, we are not changing what we do best – providing flexible, high-quality superannuation products and great service.

So, there will be no change to your clients’ superannuation accounts, the fees they pay or their online access.  Your online access as an adviser will also not change.

The name of the superannuation fund (Fund) which our superannuation products are offered through, will continue to be called AMG Super.  So you may continue to see the name mentioned on our forms, website, disclosure materials and the footer of our correspondence.

How can I find out more?

We are incredibly proud of the work that we do at Acclaim Wealth and are grateful to the clients, advisers, and partnerships that have accompanied us in our growth.

Will the contact details change?

Our website address and emails are changing.

Our phone number and address will remain the same:

  • Phone – 1300 264 264

Will my login details (username and password) to your website change?

No, all login details will remain the same for advisers and clients.

Will the rebrand change how I transact on the portal?

Our rebrand will not change the way we interact with you and there will be no disruption to service or the ability to access your clients’ accounts. Our Client Services team will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

When will existing AMG Super members migrate to the new system?

We are currently working hard on the data migrating project to transition existing AMG Personal Super & AMG Core Super members over to the new system.   The current scheduled date is April 2024.

Ensuring that the migrated data is correct and accurate is our number one priority.  We will be sending out further notification as we approach the end of the year.

Will the Fund still receive contributions?

Yes, the rebrand will not impact any existing automatic direct debits your clients’ may have established. The rebrand will also not impact any connectivity to SuperStream, which is how employers make contributions to the Fund.
